3. Appointment Booking Process

• Appointments can be requested via the contact form on our website.
• An appointment is not confirmed until you receive a direct confirmation email or message from our team.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of disrespectful behavior or violation of our salon policies.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed on our Services page in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment is due in full at the time of service.
• We accept cash, major credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay).

5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We understand that schedules change. We kindly request that you notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a refusal of future booking requests.
